We are happy to work with caterers of your choice.

We offer options for everybody's taste and needs: Rent the location, including basic coordination of your wedding or do the whole package with us: planning, coordinating and celebrating the "big day"...we are flexible.

The venue rental starts at $4500. This is one price for the entire property and you can choose where you would like to have your ceremony, hors d'oeuvres reception, dinner - on a manicured lawn or under huge old trees, in front of Native American caves, on the ocean facing deck, the pool site or the Sycamore lawn and various combinations of these sites.

The ocean bluff, a unique and dramatic site and perfectly suited for ocean lovers, and the close by beach location would incur an additional set up and transport fee.
